The Shri Laxmi Alloys Story
THE BEGINNING {1995}
In 1995, India’s foundry industry was fragmented, quality standards were inconsistent, and most buyers had to choose between cheap castings with poor tolerances or expensive imports with long lead times. Shri Ashok Kumar Sharma saw an opportunity — to build a foundry in Jaipur that could produce castings matching the quality of organized-sector manufacturers at competitive pricing. With deep personal knowledge of metallurgy, pattern making, and foundry operations, he set up Shri Laxmi Alloys as a CI casting unit, focusing on precision and consistency from day one.
THE GROWTH YEARS
Word spread quickly in Jaipur’s industrial clusters. OEMs and machinery builders who were sourcing from larger, more expensive suppliers started giving Shri Laxmi
Alloys trial orders — and the quality spoke for itself. The company expanded into MS Casting, then SG Iron Casting, then V Belt Pulleys as a machined product line.
Each expansion was funded from internal resources — a testament to the business’s fundamental strength.
THE CHRUSHER & MAGANESE STEEL LEAP
As the mining and aggregate crushing industry in Rajasthan and across India grew, the demand for High Manganese Steel and High Chrome Steel wear parts surged.
Shri Ashok Kumar Sharma invested in the specialized heat treatment infrastructure required for these materials — water quenching systems, temperature-controlled
furnaces — and built a crusher spare parts program that is now one of the company’s strongest revenue pillars.
THE NEXT GENERATION
Shri Vishal Sharma joined the company as Co-Director, bringing a structured, forward-looking approach to operations. Working under the direct mentorship and
direction of the founder, Vishal has been instrumental in streamlining production workflows, strengthening client communication, and driving the company’s ambition
to serve clients beyond India’s borders. His presence ensures that Shri Laxmi Alloys combines three decades of traditional foundry wisdom with the professional
management practices that global buyers expect.

Shri Ashok Kumar Sharma
Shri Ashok Kumar Sharma is the visionary behind Shri Laxmi Alloys. A first-generation entrepreneur with over three decades of foundry experience, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a single-unit CI casting operation into a four-facility manufacturing enterprise.
Known for his deep expertise in metallurgy and production processes, Shri Sharma remains actively involved on the shop floor — personally overseeing critical pours, heat treatment cycles, and quality inspections to ensure every casting meets the standards established in 1995.

Vishal Sharma represents the next generation of leadership at Shri Laxmi Alloys, blending traditional foundry expertise with a modern, process-driven approach. As Co-Director, he oversees production coordination, client relations, and business expansion initiatives across all four facilities.
Working under the guidance of Shri Ashok Kumar Sharma, he has played a key role in strengthening quality systems, improving delivery efficiency, and expanding the company’s digital and market presence — while upholding the company’s core commitment to quality and reliability.

Material Segregation
CI, MS, SG Iron, High Manganese Steel, and High Chrome Steel each have distinct melting, pouring, and heat treatment requirements. Our facility layout ensures that different material families are produced in dedicated environments — preventing cross-contamination of scrap, sand, and molten metal, which directly translates to more consistent chemical compositions and mechanical properties..
Parallel Production Capability
